Since the Legacy field complex is newer, many navigation apps don't have the location. Here are some instructions:

 

The Legacy Fields are accessible from US HWY 34, east of the HWY 34 and HWY 63 intersection. For GPS location, reference the Ottumwa City Campground at 1 Joe Lord Memorial Dr, Ottumwa, IA. The soccer fields are immediately north of the campground.
